"We were presented with a project to integrate a C# dll into a legacy Delphi application. The dll exposed nothing to conventional tools.
Came across the Delphi .net library and it's import utils. We soon had a useable interface to the third party dll but struggled to get it performing.
Tech support put us on the right track (over a weekend too) and now were up and running.
That level of customer support is worth every penny.

The responsiveness of the support went far beyond ...
"We are developing software that utilizes very different classes of hardware. Sometimes the SDKs that come with it are available only for specific platforms.
In one such example we only had access to .NET dll and wanted to use it in Delphi. We tried several libraries and utilities and until we found CrystalNet nothing worked really well.
The responsiveness of their support (while we still used trial version) went far beyond what we are used to with other vendors. With their assistance we had a working solution in days.
If we ever have another similar situtation they will be first that we consider.

I've been using the Runtime library for years ...
"i've been using using the Net library for Delphi for several years. I haven't had any problems with several .net assemblies, although the sample programs could be a bit better and cover all the methods.
I recently had an issue calling a function in a 3rd party dll that had unconventional parameters. The Tech support team responded within 12 hours (even with the time difference) and I was able to get my code functioning almost immediately.
